All printable items come with a personal use license. If you wish to use our kits in printed projects to sell, please purchase the commercial license add-ons found on the product pages.
These license terms and conditions apply to the printable junk journals in our shop.
By purchasing any item(s) from our shop, you agree to our terms of use and service. All artworks and products in this shop are the intellectual property of Ash Scriver, Phos Press LLC and protected by copyright law.
Printables are for printed use only! However, you may resize the digital files to fit your projects.
You MAY NOT reproduce, modify, copy and sell or resell the digital files and images in any form! For example, this also means you may not print it only to create collages of parts of the design to scan and sell it.
PERSONAL USE
You MAY print and craft from the printable files as many times as you want for yourself and your immediate family (spouse and children). However, if you wish to gift this item in either digital or physical form, outside of your household, please purchase one copy per one user.
PRINTED COMMERCIAL USE
You may only use the item for commercial use if you have purchased a commercial license. With a commercial license, you are allowed to create PHYSICAL END PRODUCTS ONLY, that you sell. Your final product for sale MUST BE UNIQUE and NOT be sold in any way that competes with this shop. That is, the end product must have distinctive new features, for example, adding mixed media items such as buttons, fabric, decorations, adding your own artworks, etc.
You MAY NOT sell the images as-is, either in digital or printed form. YOU MAY NOT simply print, assemble and sell or just alter slightly and sell. You MAY NOT combine multiple downloads into 1 product, that does not qualify as distinctively altered.
You MAY print and craft from the printable files up to 100 times for small commercial use. You MAY print and use them to create your own UNIQUE product for sale such as handmade junk journals, scrapbooks or other papercraft projects.
You MAY NOT use for print on demand or sublimation type items such as mugs, t-shirts, etc.
You MAY NOT mass produce for sale in any way.
Violations will result in legal action. If in doubt, please ask for clarifications.
Thank you and happy creating!
